Nicole Ripper is a Perth-based senior executive with extensive experience in customer strategy, digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions and governance across large, complex organisations. She currently leads enterprise digital and customer strategy at PFD Food Services, a subsidiary of Woolworths Group.
Her career includes roles at EY across risk, advisory and transactions, where she developed strong foundations in governance, risk and transformation. She has since held senior leadership roles focused on improving customer experience, service design and commercial outcomes at scale.
Nicole brings strong governance capability, having supported subsidiary boards and Audit & Risk Committees, contributing to board operations, governance processes and executive decision-making.
Motivated by a commitment to improving outcomes for individuals and families, Nicole is passionate about contributing to organisations that create meaningful community impact, including improving safety, awareness and support for Australians living with allergic disease.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
