An experienced transactions lawyer, Michael is highly regarded for his negotiation skills, commercial judgment and advice, particularly in the areas of transaction structuring and management of transaction processes.  Michael also advises public and private companies, local and foreign, on a range of corporate matters, including governance and regulatory compliance.

Michael has a passion for healthcare, having advised clients in the space for many years, and also regularly contributed to fundraising initiatives in the healthcare space.
