Food Alerts
Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia (A&AA) shares official food recall information from Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) on products that do not list common allergens on food labels when they should and food alerts from manufacturers for products where there are changes to allergen content of packaged foods. These foods are labelled correctly but manufacturers want to let people know there has been a change (either a new common allergen added or removed).
How do you stay informed?
- A&AA offers a FREE subscription that includes the option of receiving food recalls and food alerts for packaged foods. You can select the type of emails you wish to receive from A&AA including specific allergens. To receive this service, subscribe here
