- Professor Patrice Mwipatayi will present on missed opportunities in allergy care and the importance of assessment, diagnosis, adrenaline prescription, and referral to a Clinical Immunology/Allergy Specialist
- Dr Ben McGettigan, Clinical Immunologist, will discuss food allergy diagnosis, emergency treatment of anaphylaxis, daily management strategies including allergen avoidance, oral immunotherapy (OIT), and emerging treatment options
- Maria Said AM RN, Health Strategy and Advocacy Manager A&AA, will provide an overview of the adrenaline devices currently available in Australia, demonstrate their use, and explain how Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia can support patients at risk of severe allergic reactions
