Food Allergen Management Consensus Statement article published
In an international first in 2020, a consensus statement for food allergen management in packaged foods and food service for Australia and New Zealand was developed. The aim of the project was to improve food allergen management practices, food safety, and information for food-allergic consumers.
The process of how this statement was developed has now been published in the Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology: In Practice
