In recent days Nutricia has been informed that there is concern among parents and healthcare professionals that Neocate Gold is unavailable.

We recently upgraded the Neocate Gold label and this has resulted in a new product code.  We suspect that there has been a delay in processing new orders with the new product code and therefore wholesalers have not supplied pharmacies as quickly as they usually would.

We are currently addressing the issue and working with wholesalers to improve access to Neocate.

Please note that all other products under the Neocate brand are fully stocked and available.  This includes Neocate Advance, Neocate Advance Vanilla, Neocate Junior, Neocate LCP and Neocate Gold.
