Novalac Allergy Infant Formula

On behalf of Bayer Australia Ltd (Bayer), I wish to advise the infant formula Novalac Allergy is back in supply and now being delivered to wholesalers for distribution to pharmacies.

It is anticipated that this stock will provide additional supply to that already in pharmacies across the next ten (10) working days across Australia.

Due to an unprecedented demand for the product, there was a temporary shortage of the formula.

Bayer would like to reassure Australian parents /carers of our commitment to increasing supply of Novalac Allergy.

Bayer offers a range of specially-developed infant formula under the Novalac range. These products (with the exception of Novalac Allergy) are unsuitable for children diagnosed with cow’s milk protein allergy or who are unable to tolerate cow’s milk formula.

It is important that parents/carers always read the ingredients label to ensure the suitability of the product they are buying and ask healthcare professionals for advice.
