Be one of the first to try a new online support tool designed to help you manage food allergy anxiety
ILiving with food allergy can have a significant impact on quality of life and mental health, but there are few places to find psychological support.
Aston University is seeking to address this with the launch of a new online support tool called FACETS (Food Allergy Coping Empowerment Tools and Support). FACETS has been designed to improve quality of life, anxiety and communication for adults living with food allergy. Researchers now need to see how well it works.
If you are aged 18 years or older and live with a clinically-diagnosed food allergy, please click the link below to find out more about taking part in the pilot study, led by Aston University.
Project title: Piloting of FACETS: an online psychoeducation intervention for people living with food allergy and their caregivers
Ethics approval: HLS21294 (approved by Aston University College of Health and Life Sciences Research Ethics Committee)
