Research findings may inform future guidelines, storage recommendations, product development and/or community education programs.

You are eligible to participate in this questionnaire if either you, your child or someone you care for meet all of the following criteria:
- At risk of anaphylaxis
- Own an adrenaline injector (EpiPen® or Anapen®)
- Aged 18 years or older
- Live in Australia
- Not previously submitted a response to this survey for the same individual.
