ASCIA Action Plans are tools to help you know if an allergic reaction is mild to moderate or severe, and tells you how to manage it.
Chef Cards for Eating Out
In addition to telling wait staff or the chef about your allergy and asking a range of questions about the ingredients and preparation methods, carry a “chef card” that outlines the foods you must avoid.
Food Allergen Cards
The Food Allergen Cards detail important information on the food you are allergic to, giving alternate names for that food and includes examples of where the food might be found as an ingredient.
