Allergen update: Nestlé Scorched Almonds

Cashew added to the ingredients list of Nestlé Scorched Almonds

Nestlé has asked us to communicate that the allergen information for Nestlé Scorched Almonds has changed. This update applies to all variants of the product.

Nestlé is bringing this to your attention as the CONTAINS allergen statement has been updated to include cashew, following a minor change to the ingredients used in manufacturing.

Nestlé Scorched Almonds will now include cashew in the ingredients list and carry the following allergen statement:

Contains: Milk, Soy, Almond, Hazelnut, Macadamia, Cashew.
May contain: Peanut, Pecan, Pistachio, Walnut, Gluten, Wheat, Oat, Rye, Barley.

Previous allergen statement:
Contains Milk, Soy, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Macadamias.
May contain Peanut, Other Tree Nuts, Gluten, Wheat, Oat, Barley, Rye.

Because the product contains tree nuts and may contain other tree nuts and peanuts, Nestlé Scorched Almonds are not suitable for people who need to avoid tree nuts or peanuts.

New look 180g packs with the updated allergen statement will be available in New Zealand from May 2026, and in Australia from late May to early June 2026.

Nestlé advises consumers with food allergies to always check the ingredient and allergen information on pack at the time of purchase and before consumption to ensure the product is suitable for their needs.
