Allergen update: McDonald’s Australia – Keri Orange Juice – Gluten, Wheat, Soy

McDonald’s has asked us to communicate that the allergen status of Keri Orange Juice will be changing. 

A change in McDonald’s suppliers’ ingredients has resulted in the inclusion of new allergens to their Keri Orange Juice. Contains: Gluten, Wheat, Soy.  

  • This change is nationwide and is/will be available on the McDonald’s Nutrition and Allergen Information from Wednesday 27th November 2024.
  • This change applies only to Keri Orange Juice, transitioning into restaurants from Wednesday 27th November 2024.

The change in product will be indicated via the McDonald’s ordering platforms and third-party ordering platforms with a ‘new allergens’ call out.

McDonalds is commencing work on a new formulation to remove these allergens and will advise on this website when this has occurred. 

Ingredient Information:  

  • Current: Orange Juice from Concentrate, Preservatives (211, 202), Colour (160a), Flavour. 
  • New: When Reconstituted Fruit Juice Contains:
    • Orange Juice from Concentrate (99.9%), Preservatives (211, 202), Colour (160a), Stabiliser (415 (Wheat, Soy)), Flavour.  

Contains: Gluten, Wheat, Soy.
