Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia has been asked to share important information from Nutricia on availability of infant formula for those with cow’s milk allergy.
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, governments may require certain types of non-essential business to cease operating, or to operate in different ways. We would like to assure you that Nutricia is categorised as ‘essential’ by the Australian government and will therefore continue to operate.
We are working closely with our factories and trusted supply chain partners and have put in place measures to maximise the availability of our products in Australia in the coming period. Robust business continuity plans have been implemented at our factories and through our supply chains. Stocks are being shipped to Australia from our global factories and suppliers on a weekly basis and we are monitoring all inbound shipments closely.
Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an increase in demand for our Aptamil Pepti-Junior, Aptamil AllerPro SYNEO, Neocate SYNEO, Neocate LCP and Neocate Junior Vanilla infant formula products. To help meet this demand, we have taken steps to air freight more stock over the coming weeks. In the meantime, if you are having difficulty finding these products in your local pharmacy, please ask your pharmacist to call Nutricia directly to place an order for you.
