A message from ALDI Stores about the progress of the ALDI Farmwood Chicken Breast T-rex Bites 1kg Recall
ALDI has reached out to Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia to share information on the investigation conducted after the recall on 19/07/2024 of ALDI Farmwood Chicken Breast T-rex Bites 1kg due to the unintended presence of a very small amount of peanut.
A detailed investigation was conducted by ALDI and the product supplier, which identified Best Before Date of 27/10/2025 was affected.
All other batches of ALDI Farmwood Chicken Breast T-Rex Bites 1kg have been thoroughly tested and results confirmed the product does not contain peanut.
All test results and investigation steps were shared by ALDI with the NSW Food Authority and Allergy & Anaphylaxis Australia.
Upon review of the investigation outcomes, it has been agreed with the NSW Food Authority that the recall will be updated to only affect Best Before Date of 27/10/2025, and all other product batches will be reintroduced to the market.
The allergen summary statement on the ALDI Farmwood Chicken Breast T-rex Bites 1kg packaging will remain the same. Contains GLUTEN, WHEAT, SOY as allergens.
